My Nutrition Coaching Approach:
With a values based, intuitive and mindful approach to health, rooted with kindness and self-compassion, you will learn to listen, find trust and work with your body instead of against it. Together we will explore practical actions towards self-care and strategies that help cultivate a positive and healthy relationship with food and your body. And we’ll work towards finding a path where you can nurture your body from a place of self-care rather than self-control for lasting and sustainable wellness changes that work for you and not against you.
We will make a plan for caring for your body, honoring your health and feeling your best with the freedom to eat, move and live – free of any guilt, stress, obsession, shame or restriction.
My goal is for you to live a life of balance full of nourishment, enjoyment, satisfaction, experiences and all the things that allow you to get the most out of your life. And ultimately give you the confidence to make decisions for your health and empower you to finally break free of the “diet starts tomorrow” mantra!
How 1-On-1 Nutrition Coaching Works
Step 1:
Reach Out!
It may feel scary but with a little bravery you can make the first step to finding your version of health, finding food freedom and improving your relationship with food, your body and yourself.
Step 2:
We’ll have a Discovery Call.
The discovery call is about a 10 to 15 minute conversation where we’ll initially meet and you’ll hear more about my approach. We’ll discuss what you’re looking for; you’ll be able to ask me any questions; and together we’ll determine if we’re a good fit for each other to ensure you find what’s best for you. We’ll go over logistics and map out a plan on how we can work together, so you know exactly how to get started down your path.
Step 3:
Commit to Your Health & Healing
I offer a 3 month program and a 6 month program. Together we can discuss which would be most beneficial for your specific needs, so you can sign up for the program that makes sense for you and your life.
Step 5:
45 Minute Follow-Up Sessions
We’ll dig deeper into topics and discuss goals, exercises, any journal entries, progress, challenges, and successes. This is the space for ongoing support where we’ll continue to build on a plan and I’ll provide you with tools and actionable steps that you can incorporate into your life so you can continue to build confidence and improve your relationship with food, your body and health.
Step 4:
75 Minute Initial Nutrition Coaching Consult Session
This first session is when we really get talking. We get into health history, eating and moving behaviors, experiences with diets, body image, stress and sleep habits. We’ll discuss goals, unroot self-limiting beliefs and uncover healing disruptors that we’ll work on breaking down together so you can get you started on your path.
Step 6:
Live & Enjoy the Life You Desire & Deserve!
After your initial program, we’ll build in any support “maintenance” sessions as need or as desired.

Where do sessions take place?
100% Virtual! All sessions are over HIPPA compliant video calls. When your appointment is set up, you will automatically receive a notification as well as an appointment reminder with instructions on how to join the call from your computer or mobile phone.
Support Between Sessions
You’ll have as much support from me as you need! Whether it be questions or challenges that come up or needed encouragement, you’ll be able to reach me outside of our sessions. Consistent support is a crucial part in helping you achieve your goals!
You’ll be able to reach me via email or direct messaging daily. From navigating bad body image days to experiencing unpleasant feelings around foods to celebrating progress made, I’ll be there for you!
